The full experience of a top-tier chat model, on a site that is directly reachable from mainland China. New chats use the latest Claude Opus 5.5 by default, and you can switch a chat to Opus 4.6; thinking depth is adjustable and a summary of the model's reasoning can be expanded while it answers. With web search on, it actually reads the original pages before answering and cites its sources next to the claims. Research-type questions automatically switch to a deep-research mode: multiple rounds of search, cross-checking across sources, and a closing note on sources and confidence. It handles long text, PDFs, spreadsheets, images and LaTeX; related chats can be grouped into Projects whose instructions and files apply to every chat inside; “About me” and answer preferences persist across chats. Any answer exports to Word in one click, and on a phone it installs to the home screen like an app.
