Online Memorial Hall
A WeChat mini program prototype for a martyrs' cemetery: online tributes, a martyrs' directory, a digital exhibition hall and visit booking
Known in Chinese as 网上祭扫 · 英烈数字展馆. A proposal prototype built for a municipal martyrs' cemetery (name withheld). Visitors can pay tribute from their phones: choose the memorial or an individual martyr, lay flowers, light candles, bow three times and leave a message, then get a keepsake card to save or share; messages are published only after human review. A martyrs' directory can be filtered by historical period and searched by name or hometown; a digital exhibition hall presents archives on a timeline; and visitors can book on-site visits, including proxy tributes by staff. The design is solemn and restrained, with no paid flowers, points or leaderboards. Martyr records in the demo come from public reports and are examples only.
